Chamber India President Mr. Abhinav Balyan met with H.E. Guillermo Rubio Funes, Ambassador of El Salvador at the exhibition of the renowned artist Mr. Rodolfo Vega Oviedo in New Delhi to commemorate 44 years of diplomatic relations between India and El Salvador.

Mr Rodolfo Vega Oviedo has been honoured by the French government for his cultural work and for strengthening ties between France and Latin America. His work is in numerous private and public collections and has been exhibited in over 20 countries.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Smt. Meenakashi Lekhi, Hon'ble Union Minister of State for External Affairs in the presence of H.E Guillermo Rubio Funes, Ambassador of El Salvador to India, Shri Kumar Tuhin, Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi, Member Secretary of Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA)
