Meeting with H.E. Mr. Sardor Rustambaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan

President & CEO of Chamber India, Mr. Abhinav Balyan called on the Ambassador of Uzbekistan, H.E. Mr. Sardor Rustambaev, to discuss business ties of our members in Uzbekistan and explore new opportunities for expanding trade between India and Uzbekistan.
India and Uzbekistan have relations that go back in history. India was one of the first countries to recognize the state sovereignty of Uzbekistan after the latter’s independence. The protocol on establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Uzbekistan was signed in Tashkent on 18 March 1992. There has been significant intensification in bilateral ties between the two countries in recent years.
Chamber India will continue working closely with the businesses and industry associations of India and Uzbekistan to foster an even greater economic connect between our nations.
